Role details
What you'll do
- Build retrieval-augmented generation pipelines with embeddings, vector search and reranking
- Create evaluation sets and automated tests for accuracy, groundedness and safety
- Deploy and monitor models with MLOps practices on AWS or Azure
- Work directly with clients to turn requirements into measurable success criteria
What you'll bring
- 3+ years building ML systems in Python
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings and vector databases
- PyTorch or TensorFlow, and scikit-learn
- Deployed models to production in the cloud
- Clear written and spoken communication
Nice to have
- Privacy-preserving or federated learning
- Healthcare or other regulated-data projects
- Published research or open-source contributions
